Mahestan Villa BIM

 

The development of the BIM model for this Villa was a great aid during design phase for quick review of alternatives and to communicate with the clients  using high quality renders.

 

Building Performance Analysis to ensure efficient use of energy and apply green building strategies were also carried out using BIM interoperability capacities. 

 

Drawing such as plans and details were produced much more precisely and quickly that conventional 2D CAD methods. 

 

The Future was brought to present in this project !
