Mahestan Villa   - Nur ,Iran 2015

 

The project is about the entire villa design for a family,in a vacation area with a high texture of vacational houses.

 

The project has open and welcoming north and south facades, to enjoy the view of Sea and Mountains, and the maximise the use of Solar energy.

 

Western and Eastern facades are with minimum openings to insure the interiors privace and to resist better the western winds and rains.

 

A Skylight element completes the butterfly-like form of the building and plays an impotant role for the natural ventilation of the building.
