The BIM model of typical Villa types of the resort and the entire Site was developed to show the clients with the abilities of BIM in quality control during design and construction stages. 

 

The Uniformat Standard was adopted to building elements , which could help with a better and quicker survey and provide detailed unformation in case of prefabrication of the building elemnts.
