One of the Greatest abilities of BIM is to communicate project clashes and error in early stages of project prior to construction and to inform other project teams by 3D visualization and specific tools.

 

The Vanak Shopping Mall parking design was the place of of a lot of arguments between the project teams, particularly about the feasible height of parking levels.

 

The BIM model of the project was developed as a case study to demonstrate the abilities of BIM to prevent such issues.  The visual issue tracking tools that can be applied to a model, and be accessible from smart phones and tablet, and BIM BIG ROOM issue solving sessions could do a lot of benefits to the project stakeholders
